P&M Apparel is a woman-owned, third-generation family business specializing in custom apparel and promo products, located in Polk City, Iowa. Our roots are literally Mom and Pop Shop; we started in the basement of Phyllis and Melvin (the P&M) as a new career after farming and remodeling homes most of their lives. Their daughter Kay took over the business a few years after it moved to Polk City and two of her children, Megan and Ryan, joined the ranks as business grew. Since 1987, we have been providing unparalleled service to small businesses, groups, organizations and team throughout Central Iowa, the state, the country, and lately, the world.

Our story is driving your story. We know anyone can go online and whip up a generic cheap t-shirt. Our ideal client values integrity-led customer service, attention to detail, a full service art department, and high quality products. We know when you look good, we look good, when you succeed and grow, we succeed and grow. So we handle the littlest client with as much care and support as the biggest client, knowing sometimes the little guy becomes the big guy with our help. Repeat customers make up nearly 90% of our business because we care about face-to-face interactions and building relationships with great customers while doing what we love.
